Secure internet access to your file 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You'll find there:

• The documents surrounding the rental of your property (lease, inventory of fixtures, ...)
• Accounting details
• The financial situation of your tenant (outstanding balance)
• Your financial situation with your remaining balance for the month

We take care of everything in consultation with you and are your tenant's first-level contact:

• In the event of incidents, pre-qualification by us
• Breakdowns, possible works, acceptance of said works
• Indexations
• Follow-up of interviews and other precautionary measures
• Annual visit
• Re-rental at the end of the lease
